I've a lacie rugged HD. I would like to upgrade the firmware. Now inside i've the version 1.1.117. When I go in menu to upgrade the firmware, the windowover the menu that i see is all black and I don't succed in turn on the process. Why? I conneted the hd whit the hdmi cable.Can you help me? Thank you
