If I connect the PT630 to the PC using the serial cable the PT630 transfers data to the PC successfully. If I connect the serial cable to a serial to usb convertor and plug this into the PC usb I get the following message: ?ERROR: Unrecognised portable title:' '. Is this a setting in the PT630 which needs changing?
