I've bougth a used i-mate jasjar and it randomly shuts down,after it shuts down everytime i turn it on it works for about 10 minutes and shut down again and the battery is about 70%

I'd this problem few years ago.i bought a new battery and it was fine.dun see battery level 70% as it's not precise.
