Hi. If you using a PC, please check if your sound card driver is enabled in the BIOS and driver is properly installed. If both BIOS and driver are OK but no sound, check your volume level on the computer and speaker. To know if the problem is on your PC or Speaker, please use a known working speaker.
You may also connect your speaker to a CD player or MP3 player and see if you can get a sound.
Please let me know if you need help accessing your BIOS. Let me know the brand and model of PC and operating system you are using (Windows XP, Vista, 7, Linux) or if you are using Mac.
