I've connected the Zonet PS to my Linksys router and the light on the router is green. The PS wizard does not see it from either my wired PC or wireless laptop. Is there a setting on the Linksys router I need to adjust?

Temporarily disable all firewalls on your system even the Windows XP firewall (for instruction to disable XP firewall, please go to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/283673 )
Power cycle the print sever by unplug the power at the back (10 second). The print server default IP is 192.168.5.1 Set the computer which has the print server utility installed to have an IP of 192.168.5.2
(Test ping the print server / 192.168.5.1 -- If print server is respond to ping, using web browser with the address of 192.168.5.1 will also beable to configure the print server)
Run the utility/hit the refresh button to find the print server again. The CD has two installation methods: 1. The Auto run will run the utility. 2. By manually install the program into your system. (Browse CD to the folder: manual installation.) It is recommended to use the 2nd method and run the PSAdmin utility from the system's programs after the installation is completed. If it still could not find the print server, direct connect your computer to the print server using cross over cable and run the utility again to find the print server. When it finds the print server, change the print server IP(192.168.5.1) to a unique static IP your router can accept. Put the print server back to the network, change back your computer's IP accordingly and try ping the print server with the new IP or run the utility again.
For wireless print server, it is recommended to use Ad-hoc connection from a wireless computer to connect to the print server first. (follow the Quick Installation Guide booklet that came with the box on page 8)

I simply had to disable my OutPost Pro firewall software and the Zonet wizard recognized the print server and let me install the HP printer. But now the printer won't print. I can browse to the print server and all of the test prints show up in the job log, but nothing is getting to the printer itself. Any suggestions?I simply had to disable my OutPost Pro firewall software and the Zonet wizard recognized the print server and let me install the HP printer. But now the printer won't print. Please let me reiterate, I've been able to install the print server, so that part of the issue has been resolved. I can browse to it via IE and I can "see" it via PSAdmin. The current problem is that the HPLJ 1018 printer attached via USB to the Print Server, will not print.
The PS shows the printer with a status of waiting to print. When I send a test page, the job log lists the print job, but nothing prints. I've contacted Zonet tech support and they provided the following: set up a standard TCP/IP port using a Protocol of LPR and a Quene Name of LP1. This did not correct the problem.
They then told me to set the Protocol to RAW (which was the original setting) and of course this did not work either. I'm ready to return this PS back to the store for a refund.
Zonet tech support does not answer thier phones and they do not return phone calls, even though their system allows you to leave a message. I called on Wed. and have still not heard from them (it's Friday). I've only been able to talk with them via email but they have yet to respond to my reply, also from Wed.
