I've got a Dell Latitude D520 which is failing to start. When I press power on the three leds's (numlock,caps lock etc) located above the keyboard all turn on simultaneously, stay on for 3 or 4 seconds and then dies. Apart from this nothing else happens. Tried resetting and replacing ram with no joy. Tried disconnecting attached devices ie dvd drive, hard drive still no luck. Anybody have any ideas apart from replacing motherboard? I'm thinking of swapping CPU.
