Ive got a Samsung Digimax L70 and I have been trying to clear the actual camera's memory. I have uploaded photo's from the SD card but 400 or more photos remain on the camera and I just can't access them to delete them. Please help :-) I have tried everything

Wow! You have 400 pics on the internal memory. That must be some huge internal memory. Anyway, to delete them, remove the card from the camera...go into the menu and find "format"...follow the on-screen instructions.
