I've got an i-run machine. When I tried to centre the belt , which was also slipping a little, the belt has become really loose. Can you tell me how to tighten it please as there is no mention of how to do this in the instruction manual.

PROBLEM: The walking belt is off-center or slips when walked on SOLUTION: a. If the walking belt has shifted to the left, first remove the key and UNPLUG THE POWER CORD. Using the hex key, turn the left idler roller bolt clockwise 1/2 of a turn. Be careful not to overtighten the walking belt. If the walking belt has shifted to the right, turn the left idler roller bolt counterclockwise 1/2 of a turn. Then,plug in the power cord, insert the key, and run the treadmill for a few minutes. Repeat until the walking belt is centered.
