I've had my palm pixie for about 6 months. It was working great until it started turning off on me this week... I can't take the battery out bc there is no way to open the phone but it turns back on when I connect it to the charger... I don't know what else to do. Please help!

Sounds strange, I would back up any of your content from the phone and perform a hard reset. if the problem remains it is most likely a hardware issue, and you seem to be in warranty palm should repair it for free.
1. Open Device Info.
2. Tap Reset Options.
3. Tap Full Erase two times.
