I've had this model for a couple of year, though I haven't used it very much but have been, recently. But earlier today, I accidentally pressed the Play All button, and it took a long time to load. (I expected that to happen. There's a lot on there) I tried turning it off, but I couldn't get it to respond. It seemed to work when I pressed and held the power button. And now it's stuck on the Power Off screen - it's been like that for almost 5 hours now and is totally unresponsive to anything, even to being plugged into the computer

If the onscreen message says "Locked" and then shuts off,
locate the Hold Button on the left side of your player. Slide that button
left to unlock your device. Then repeat Step 1 above. See The Basic
Controls section on page 5 if you cannot find the Hold Button.
If nothing works, try to remove the battery and place it after a little time (or a new one)
