I've installed Printshop 21 on a new computer. I am unable to save files in a pdf format. I am getting an error reading that printer driver is not installed. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it doesn't work. I have adobe acrobat reader which works on my other programs. I did not have this problem on my old computer.

Go to Control Panel,, Click Install New Hardware,, it will search for anything NEW, then ask you if you want it to automatically install the Drivers ! Click YES !
