Report "I´ve just purchased a brand new sealed from factory OPPO DV-981HD dvd player, because everybody told that this is a very good player, I first unpacked it, then I took a look on the manual in order to install it properly, and when I´ve finished to install, the disc tray do not open. Do you know wich is the problem, and if I should keep or send it back to the shop? I´m asking you this because this was the last unit available, or maybe It´s better to try with another model.
