Report "I've plugged by old Rosewill R911E monitor into my new Toshiba laptop so I may utilize two displays. However, despite having adjusted the screen resolution to the recommended 1280x1024 I am still getting the floating box. (I'm about the throw the whole damn thing out my second story window.) The only way I can get rid of the box is if I adjust the screen down to a resolution of Y x any number less than or equal to 800. Any resolution this small however distorts the image terribly"
