I've tried every worthless software out there that guarantees it will boot to there cd, But no luck... I've taken the battery out to reset the bios, IT suggestions but it don't help... I have about 8 of these machines from a big company that upgraded all there System... So these are hand me downs...If anyone could give me a little help over this situation I would really appreciate it...I would hate to take my fully automatic AR-15 to these computers, Because they look relatively new...But i'm getting to that point with them now to where I've already put 5 of them on my shooting range...So thanks in advance for any kind of help

Looking at the specs for this unit, I think I have a solution for you. The hard drive is SATA but the optical drive is ATA (the older ribbon cable connection).
Open the case and look at the back of the CD/DVD drive and look for the jumper settings (CS / SL / MA). It is likely in the CS setting, or Cable Select. You must move this to the MA or Master setting before you can boot to this device.
This was the standard when all drives were ATA or PATA - you had to set the jumper on the device to tell the BIOS what position the device needed to operate in. CS was the defaulted setting but does not work with booting from BIOS.
Move the jumper to the Master setting and then repeat the boot process and this will work.
