Ive tried to go on the internet on my samsung genio but whenever i do i t says dns failed even when i have full signal and credit, how do i fix the problem

Go to your carrier web site, support help.......you will need to enter your cell# and type of cell you have.
look for internet configuration and your carrier will push the correct settings to your cell
