The power button only flashes a light, when connected to the computer, the USB signal is on the handheld and software downloaded to it but it won't show me the profile or anything. I called Customer Service who said to put Duracell or Energizer batteries in it only so I just went and bought Duracell but it's still not working. The suggestions in the instructional booklet and online only say to change or clean battery compartment which doesn't work either. I did the Firmware repair from the Welcome screen but the handheld still doesn't work. I'm getting very frustrated and how convenient is it when I called Customer Service back, they're "experiencing a high call volume and can't answer my call at this time"? I just want it to work! I've tried everything, any suggestions?
