Jabra BT620 Microphone dose not work with Soft Phone on My PC
I am attempting to use my Jabra BT620 with my softphone application on my PC. I can dial the number and the person that I called will answer, I can hear them, but they can't hear me.
I am connecting to the application using a Toshiba Bluetooth adapter.

Well, I got the same problem the days before, and after some trying, I've solved.
I'm using the Toshiba bluetooth adapter, too. You see, when you want to make a new connection with your bluetooth device, you may either use the Express Mode or the Custom Mode. Go with the Custom Mode, then, there appears the Jabra BT620. After input the 0000 code, you may select the services from 3 options. There, you can find the headset or hands-free option.
Go with that, than you may have your Jabra BT620 as a microphone!
