Report "Janome Harmony 2049. Machine locked. Attempting to take cover off--took out all outside screws and still cannot take cover off on one side. There is no base plate on the bottom and no separate arm cover-- the entire machine cover is one horizontal line making the cover two pieces. Please let me know why I can't get it pulled apart or send me the repair manual for it. I have the instruction manual but it does not cover repairs"
