Jazzy 1113 will not operate!
I just bought new gel cell batteries for my 7-year old, virtually brand new never used, Jazzy 1113. I put them in place, charged them up for 12 hours, and then checked the battery gage at the top. It showed all 10 bars, meaning that it was fully charged. But then when I went to operate it, it simply wouldn't operate and instead I could hear a faint electrical "bing bang" noise whenever I move the lever forward, backward, or to the side. It was not pugged in and I was sitting in the seat. Can someone help me please?

The click you hear when you activiate the joystick is the electric solenoid on the automatic brakes going on, and then off when you push then release the joystick. This is normal. If it isn't moving, check to see if the free-wheel levers are in gear or in neutral. If you can push the chair, you are in neutral and activating the joystick will just release the brake and run the motors. Turn the two levers to the drive position and then it should take you where you want to go.
You can go to Pride Mobility's website to download an owners manual for your chair here

Good luck.
