Jazzy 1143 power chair
I have 4 yellow bars and 3 red bars flashing rapidly. No pauses in between. Manual says right motor disconnected for 4 yellows and left motor disconnected for 3 reds. Have the shroud off, but do not see any wiring disconnected. Batteries are fully charged, but chair doesn't run and it won't turn on unless connected with the charger cord.

Well if u need the charger on then batterys are dead and need to be recharged,or have the batterys checked make sure they are ok by testing a load on them at a local auto parts store for free,if no good make sure u get same type of battery and make sure it is a gel battery not a acid battery
