My jeep liberty boils over. At idle it will not overheat or boil, but when revved up it will boil after about 30 seconds. The boil over will not be as quick or severe when the heater is on, but it does eventually boil even with the heater on. I have replaced the thermostat, water pump, have it full of coolant, have attempted to remove all of the air, but how does one know that all the air is out? I have not checked the pressure with a compressor for cracks/leaks. So perhaps that is the next move. I am concerned that the radiator does not flow as well as it should and that may be a factor. I flushed it and it is not clogged, but maybe does not flow as well as it should. I think the main thing to consider is that at idle it all works fine. The jeep can idle for an hour and not over heat/boil. When revved up it will boil into the plastic tank through the overflow line coming off the top of the radiator. No water in oil, no smoke, just seems to boil very quickly. Thanks for reading, any help is appreciated. If you have any questions I will answer them asap.
