Check the temperature control for the element that is not working, the temp control can be tested reading volts. I must mention that for safety reasons, any test on hot wires (with power) must be done by a tecnician.
You can also test the switches for individual burners (heaters). Switches can be tested reading impedance, with power disconnected and after disconnecting switch from wiring.
Check the wiring harness for signs of short.
The front right element has a temperature sensor, if problem is on this element, then the pop may have been from the sensor . Ensure the sensor is replaced and wired properly in case.
Test also the main thermostat ((PS208943) using a multimeter set on Ohms at Rx1. At room the termostat must return zero or low impedance. If the thermostat is faulty , then elements will not heat.
