jersey fabrics and finer fabrics. It is looping and missing stitches. I have followed troubleshooting instructions changing needles to ball point and to blue tipped to no effect. I have tried changing tensions both needle and bobbin, also to no effect. I am now at a loss and missing my machine terribly as I am unable to use it. Please can you help?

Take it in and have the needle /hook timing checked
