Jump drive won't allow me to erase the contents of Memorex product
I have a jump drive but I can't erase the contents and I can't add to it. I have a Macintosh Mac Mini computer. At one time I was able to add to it but it won't work now and I don't have it loaded to capacity

Hi,if you want to erase all the data can your format it?
or try to erase data on another computer
