Click on Manual.
(It's a PDF file. The computer you are using now has Adobe Reader on it, which uses PDF files.
ORDINARILY it takes maybe 20 seconds tops, to download a PDF file. This one took almost 2 minutes! Letting you know in case you do not see anything happening. I just waited on the blue download progress bar.
Do you have the Clear CMOS jumper, down by the VIA southbridge chip? It's right above, and in-between the USB 3 and 4 header, and the Front Panel header.
