Jura j5 keeps indicating beans need filling once a button for coffee has been depressed. then indicates ready again. Beans are full and I have tried blocking off the sensor (beans full) but still the same issue

Sometimes certain beans do not move freely throughout the grinder. Oily beans, which is not necessarily a bad thing, do not fall into the grinder easily and tend to stick. It is necessary to sometimes to just poke or stir the beans around with your finger to make sure they fall into the grinder. For a safety measure do this while your machine is turned off.
