Just bought a 2 speed 220 v waterway pump for cal spa panel lites up prees jet switch can here a double click noise on board but nothing happens ck power at motor have 123v on both legs and panel flashes f4 do i have something not wired right ? IS THERE A WAY TO BENCH TEST PUMP CANT GET IT TO COME ON ANY MODE
