Just bought a Fossil FS4446 sports chrono but it looks like the hour on the chrono is stuck just after 19 on the small dial on the right i just want to check that this is indeed the hour dial. and if it does not change then i am sending it back
The small dial on the right is 24 hour counter and it does one full circle in 24 hours. The purpose of this counter is to tell the wearer what part of day or night is exactly (p.m. or a.m.). There are some places on our planet where the night/day lasts for months and it would be difficult to realise it's morning or evening without 24 hour counter. Try to advance watch hands forward/backward for few hours and you will see this counter hand moving. If it does not move, your watch has faulty/broken wheel and needs to be sent back for replacement/repairs.
