Just bought a used RP2100 P-R265A-EN and after hooking it up I following the operating instructions in manual but pilot does not light and after 2 minutes the LCD screen reads PLT (top left corner it shows SERVICE). Any suggestions on troubleshooting from this point to ID the problem ?

Be sure to open the gas line at the heater and turn on at local valve to bleed the line. Let run for a few seconds till you smell gas. Close valve and close line then let sit for a few minutes till gas clears and try to light again. Let me know how you do and good luck.
