Hi, Firstly, ensure the console is connected to the Network via an Ethernet cable or WiFi. You will then have to access the Playstation Network via the main menu and create a new profile, i.e. User Name, email address.
Once all complete, you can then tick the small box to `Automatically Log On Each Time You Connect To The Network`. This will save you having to type in your User Name etc each time you play online.
