Just bought this scanner used and having problems with Banks 3 and 4
I just bought this scanner through craigslist.com and I have already programmed the channels that I want but can't seem to get Banks 3 and 4 to scan. When the scanner is in scan it will not go through these two banks. I don't know if this is something normal that it does. I have checked the manual and I made sure that these banks were not on lockout. Please help me out!!!!!

While the scanner is scanning press buttons 3 and 4 and they should start scanning too, if they dont then go to the first channel in bank 3 manually and press LO to unlock it, then hit manual again to go to the next channel and press LO again to unlock it( all of the channels in the bank are probably either locked out or empty(nothing programmed into them)
