Just bought this zojirushi rice cooker NS-RNC10 a year ago and suddenly can only cook half way and the rice is not fully cooked. It looks like the switch changes too early from cook switch to keep warm switch. Is there any way we can fix the rice cooker?

Make sure the bottom of the bowl and the inside of the cooker itself where the bowl rests are clean. If they are not the cooker will think the rice is cooked when it is not.
