Just Downloaded Vista on my Dell E520. Says No speakers are plugged in though thhey were working when I had Windows xp. I have no clue what to do. I updated the computer and Dont know what the driver disk is

You may need to update the audio driver. Go to the Dell site and search for driver updates. You can also go to the microsoft site and search the troubleshooting section to see if audio driver updates are available.
