Just got a necchi 542,everything turns freely, even sews turning the balance wheel by hand,the mains plug has been cut off,how do I fit a new one ,all the wires (3) are white,which one is the earth
The foot control and machine plug are present but the mains plug is not ,its a 3 strand cable but not colour coded all wires are white,how do I fit a srandard 3 pin plug

In the USA one of the wires should be identified either with a texture or stripe. that would be the neutral
