Just installed a Hunter Fan Model 53366 I got from Home Depot. Problem is I can not dim the light! I can push the light button quickly to turn the light on or off. If light is off, I can hold the light button for minutes and nothing happens. If the light is on and I hold the light button, in three seconds the light beeps and turn off. How can I fix this problem?

Hunter do have there own wed page that deals with faults . is the remote it the light the right way up . The lights you have are dimable
