Just installed a Rosen G10 DVD player and it powers on but only shows a white screen and won't accept a dvd
Everything seems to be working, the dome lights and the lights for the unit itself. But when I open the flip down monitor it just shows a white screen and won't accept a DVD. Pushing the buttons doesn't change anything on the screen.
