Just installed PC Spyware Doctor went to reboot and it will get to the Win XP PRo Screen and reboot again some times it doesnt get that far also it had been left on for about 4 weeks 24hr a day

Could be an error when setting up the program. Try doing a system restore to before you installed the program using Safe Mode with Command Prompt.
