Report "Just moved into home with Hampton Bay Ceiling Fans. Never had fans before. How do you change directions for heating season. Currently turning counter clockwise. I have a chain on bottom which controls light. I have chain on side but I've pulled it and it doesn't change direction. Also have remote with 3 fan speeds. Can I obtain operator instructions?"
