I would check for short(s) around the mounting holes where the motherboard mounts to the case. I think that if you was to pull everything out of the case, it would run fine. Try using the ring insulators that are usually shipped with a new motherboard or case.
If that doesn't fix your problem, try checking the system memory (RAM). There have been reports of users having problems with DDR3 memory.
