Just recently purchased this product with the intention of connecting two computers (desktop and laptop). well only one is receiving webaccess. the switchbox is lit like it has both machines but no access on one. now if i just connect either into the router then each works. any suggestions?

Reset router and make sure you plug in switch first to the back of the router. Then plug in computers to the switch and restart them. Router/modem attaches itself to last device used and needs to be reset to clear memory. Computers need to reconfigure IP address after reboot hopefully automatically. If fails replace it with dual band router.
