I hate to sound like an antique... but if you understand how tires sit around... and develop a "thump" (memory) until they are driven for a while... at highway temperatures...
I sincerely believe you are experiencing the same situation.
It is really quite common... and folks "Think" they must change their belts... Better to just drive them!!
I'd only suggest you turn up the room temperature... put on some MORE music... Get out that stop watch... and see if the situation doesn't improve... with some marathon playing attempts (?).
Regular use = happy equipment.
As for myself... I can never leave anything alone... I went out & purchased the "belts" (the real ones... not the CRAZY (useless) grab bag on eBay)... Ordered up the synthetic oil... air DUSTER can & head cleaning equipment (I was fully trained & maintained those old ANTIQUE AMPEX 200 BPI tape transports you can only find in history books (just means I'm afraid of nothing & have broken INCREDIBLY more expensive equipment))... and plunged right into my wife's favorite CASSETTE player... BOUGHT a donor & fixed it first (my wife never noticed... Fixed hers... still never noticed)
If you are under the impression that any body can put any lube anywhere... just save yourself & your precious media a lot of GRIEF... Walk it over to the TRASH... & drop it on in...!!
Head cleaner on ANYTHING but heads is highly PROBLEMATIC. Lube on anything (heads/media) is highly PROBLEMATIC. Fingerprints everywhere is highly PROBLEMATIC.
Lube is placed with a tooth-pick & excess is IMMEDIATELY wiped carefully away with a very clean Q-tip.(seriously). No "NEEDLE BOTTLES" ever!"
I any case... no user serviceable areas... inside the case:
What I found was the belts were formed over the pulleys... and KEPT that FORM when removed (not new & round).
I also found putting a cup of water 199 seconds in the microwave... taking the old memorized belt & dropping it in the water OUTSIDE the microwave (only until you see it relax back into a circle... immediately remove it from the water)... and let it air dry on a paper towel...Put it back in... runs fine lasts long time.. New ones are properly labeled & stored away...
(with that DONOR... no wonder that basement is so crowded)!!
Run that equipment... If the run time is getting a wee bit longer each time... DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT...
