You jvc is not wired properly you must of not had a mecp certified installer put it in... you must make sure on the radio harness that is powering up your jvc that the yellow wire (constant power or battery wire is get 12.0 volts to 13.5 volts at all time even when the radio and car or truck is off. with out this the radio will never save the station or the clock ... if you can do this your self call around to a car audio shop ask if any of there guys are mecp certified installer if not more on to the next shop... and so on if you want me to help you call me i will walk you through it.. i get $35.00 to help you.. 239.560.3498
