Sounds like a miss-match on the RAM or a bad stick of RAM pull it back out and see what you get.. if it posts..then get the correct RAM ExShire
Need more info.What memory did you use? That MB requires either DDR PC2700 or DDR PC3200 Unbuffered,NON-ECC memory. Max of 1gib per slot.
