Kawasaki Mule Water From Overflow Tank
Once I spent tons of time bleedin the system of air and thinking I got it all out, when I drive it, within a few minutes, antifreeze is pouring from the coolant reservoir. I wasn't sure if it was circulating so I squeezed both hoses from the radiator to the engine and the one attached to the thermostat housing has pressure but the one on the water pump does not. I pulled the thermostat and noticed it said 82 degrees Celsius on it so I boiled it to test its function. It did not open until 92 degrees Celsius, or about 197 degrees F. Obviously it is out of range but my question is this, would this cause the problems I am describing? Would a new thermostat solve my problem? Is there any other tests I can do. I also checked the oil and see no signs of a blown head gasket. Ideas? Thanks

You need a sniff test ,to check your head gasket . but did you put a radiator flush in it .as you can get a blocked core in both your radiator and your heater .then you put your heater on full to bleed it.
