Kaz 2100 Warm Steam Vaporizer was stored empty for about an year. Today I filled it with water, plugged it in, waited and waited...... no results. Wouldn't start. There is no buttons to push, nothing to check, and it is not working

Chances are the rubber pump inside the unit cracked and will not work anymore. This type of unit is a "Disposable" unit and is not intended for repairs. Its cheaper to buy a new one then buy parts for this.
