Assuming nothing untoward has been done to the vehicle (mechanical, modification or collision))... Your TCM should have produced a CODE (OBD reader required).

That means you have to go out on that branch circuit and find the element that is (over) pulling all the AMPACITY...

If it takes a while... or a particular operation is being performed that would be really helpful to your diagnostic effort.

A CLAMP-ON type Amp meter could also be used...

If the relay/fuse "blows" (operates) immediately...

Then you are looking at disconnecting each element... If you have their typical resistances... you can verify against those KNOWN values by measuring ... ELSE you are left with

disconnect there are solenoids inside the transmission... I believe the measure substantially the same...If you do not have your factory+workshop+manual (I highly recommend, they're great)...
