Keeping Consitant Heat
How do I keep consistant heat. Any time I am grilling I am fighting the temperature, some too hot, cools completely down, I need trick to keeping the heat and a smal flame. How do I ventilate properly? My kids gave it to me as a gift, assembled themselves and threw away the box. Help.

After looking at this you need to purchase either cermic briquettes or plates. Make sure you buy enough to cover the lower grate completly.
