KEEPS FREEZING WHEN MAKING CALLS PHONE FREEZES. WONT TURN ON ALL THE TIME AND ONLY WILL STAY IN WORKING OPERATION FOR A FEW MOMENTS AT A TIME THEN HAVE TO REMOVE BATTERY AND TRY TO TURN O;N AGAIN SOMETIMES TURNING PHONE ON IS SUCCESSFUL AND SOMETIMES NOT. JAMES

This is a known software/firmware bug for the earlier versions. You should contact Verizon, explain the problem and request a software update under warranty. They might even swap phones to fix it ...
