Keeps restarting My husband bought Averatec laptop in 2004, a year later something happen. I took it to have it check and they said it's the DVD ROM. So I had it replaced. Everything worked for a while, then we moved. when I turn on my laptop now it keeps restarting itself for like forever, my battery would probably run out. Anyway, I could get into the ''AMIBIOS HIFLEX SETUP UTILITY'' But i don't know anything about computers so i didn't do anything. What should i do and what is the problem?

There's seems to a problem with your laptop, obviously. This behaviour is a bit natural when a computer suddenly found an error it will keep in rebooting to try to free itself of error. Why not have it check again.
It could be the newly installed dvdrom is not properly reset in bios configuration. Have the new drive be redetect. And set it also in OS, change the settings to the newly installed drive. Or maybe uninstalling and reinstalling its driver to fit into the new drive.
