I Have a problem with my Kit 100 too. The system speakers make a loud "pop" when i power it up. Also when i change the source for TV, it as no sound until i put the volume to the max and then the sound arrive and i can lower it. I see that you are talking about a firmware update. Mind you to send me the file and the procedure to update the device?
